How we approach the work

- Most of the work happens before the first introduction: identifying where an asset may exist and what situation might make it available.
- Direct owner and operator research
- Many assets are held by the people and companies that use them. We approach owners and operators directly, with a specific requirement in hand.
- Institutional and specialty sourcing
- Institutional disposals, fleet retirements, surplus assets and restructuring situations are often where scarce assets first become available.
- Working alongside the market
- Where established brokers, dealers, operators or technical specialists are better placed, we work with them.
- Careful handling of source information
- Sensitive source and counterparty information is shared only when it is relevant to advancing an opportunity.
